What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Oh hey guys , I'm looking for a shoujo manga about twins that switch bodies, I remember they were boy and girl twins and the girl was a super narcissist and in love with this guy like this and the day he agreed to go on a date with her , she swapped bodies with her brother
