I read this a few weeks back but can not remember the title, so I was hoping someone could help me out.

There was only one chapter at the time, and it was about a princess who was forced to marry a prince from a neighbouring country that I believe was more powerful then her own to form a peace treaty. The two do not get along as the prince is quite rude, but are forced to at a a dinner party announcing the marriage/engagement. After the party the princess overhears some guards grumbling about the prince. At the end of the first chapter she has a vision of the prince being stabbed.

If anyone knows the title of this manga could you please help me out.

It definitely sounds like Reimei no Arcana (a kickass manga) in all of what you said except for the vision in the first chapter and the guards. there wasn't anything like that in the first chapter. And I don't remember any grumbling by guards later either. The vision that the prince would die I think does come up after a few chapters.
Also, at the start of the series they had already been married. So there was no dinner party for the marriage. It was just a regular dinner, i think.

It was not Reimei no Arcana, but it seems like a good series, so I will check it out.

I found a few hours after posting this. Turns out it is called,

Usotsuki Engage

It seems to have a similar premise though
