Something along the lines of My Hero, where the boy both falls in love first and openly displays his eagerness towards the girl?

I know there's a tag for male leads falling in love first, but most of the stories go along the lines of "girl is dense, and doesn't realize male lead's feelings, while the male lead doesn't understand how to use his words."

Life Is Short, Delinquent Youngster, Love! This is a short oneshot tho.
Seishun Location Somewhat.
Honey (MEGURO Amu) Similar to Seishun Location
Yumemiru Taiyou Totally has what you are looking for, however
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
he does not end up with the lead. Kinda like a bad version of My Hero

Tomodachi no Hanashi The male lead is not really hyper, but outwardly displays his affections after a bit of conflict. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it doesn't degrade female friendship either.
5-ji kara 9-ji made Male lead is actually really annoying. But he displays his affections, so I thought I'd put it out there.
I will come back If I find any more.
