What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

The series info. says they are not scanlated so I doubt you will be able to read them as they are not translated ^^;; I can be wrong though.
