Let me tell you the meaning of what i am trying to say...

I have seen in many manga and anime is that a girl or a guy attracted towards other person through their cuteness(their first encounter), I hate this fact even though its reality!! (They are simply judging a book simply by its cover...)

So,
I want a romance manga or anime where a guy or a girl falls in love with other person not because of their cuteness but because of their kindness, their goodness, even though the guy or a girl not good looking, but they are good at heart. I am sure you have understood by now what kind of anime or manga i am asking here. If there is such series please reply.

Hana no Namae it's a little older, as in a more josei feel, so probable not what you want if you're looking for high school romances.

Well these two are based on what you said. The only way to look behind the superficial exterior of a person is to know them personally and in both these manga's the main couple start off as friends and advance through their relationships once they get to know each other.

It's hard to find stuff like this because most manga romances start with the infamous "love at first sight". That's why I like childhood friends relationships. At least there you know that their feelings are (probably) not just based on appearance.

Anyway, as many mangas have already been suggested, here's an anime: "Myself ; Yourself". It's about a group of childhood friends who meet each other again after being separated for some years and... well see for yourself. A warning though, it features twincest as a subplot.

Oh, a good manga came to mind though: Superior should fit your criteria
