Like a character who really don't give a sh*t about anything biggrin LOL. I guess like if anyone say something to them they kinda just don't care or counters it cooly and collected. Maybe a bullied manga, but the character isn't afraid and don't care. Like a free character that likes to watch sunsets on top of the roof and be like damn my life is good lol (?) would be awesome if the main character was a girl smile

Anyway I wish I could give some examples but I have a hard time looking for one.

Love it to be comedy, maybe some action? Romance is fine too. Please no yaoi/yuri/ecchi (but it's okay if a little bit just not overdose)/smut

Thanks~ (sorry if there is already thread like this)

Noblesse The main character don't give a damn about anything. He is not an idiot but he gives great comic relief.

Flat (AOGIRI Natsu) and Jiraishin immediately came to mind. I don't know if the latter fits what you're looking for though.
Also Sekine-kun no Koi but that's something he wants to overcome.
Beauty Pop Rather than chill... "lazy" is a better word for her, haha. Same for Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Bu
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun Shizuku gives off that impression, for things unrelated to her academics. Nanase from Atashi no Banbi maybe? I don't think I would classify her as "chill" though.
Piece But she wants to change that about herself.
Ties of Compassion might fit too.

At a glance, the MC from Flow seems pretty chill. Since there are only 2 chapters translated right now, we really don't know what to expect from him.

The first series that came to my mind was Abnormal-kei Joshi by KATOU Haruaki. The protagonist has been totally indifferent so far but that might change. And I have to warn you, this manga is quite twisted (cf. title and description).

Have you tried The Children's Teacher, Mr. Kwon by Ho Woo, yet? The protagonist is a suspended yakuza who has been assigned to work as a teacher in a rural town. He doesn't seem to care about anything although sometimes, I want to believe that deep down, he has a kind heart - either that or he is just bored.

Perhaps you could also search for manga tagged with "Indifferent Protagonist" (BL, GL, Smut and Hentai excluded).
