The one that has a real plot though, not comedy (it could have comedy, but not the main genre).

Noted that, from the example I gave, the most main chara is NOT the loli, though they may be the heroine/main female protag. And I'll narrowed it: I'm searching for a series with adventure or action or... wateva in it, but it's where the main chara is struggling and he has a partner that supporting him ...which, is a loli

Seconding Dance in the Vampire Bund and The Voynich Hotel.

HIKAGI Tatsuhiko's Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge has a fake lolita as female lead and several other lolita characters. Very peculiar and twistedly adorable series.

The female lead in Youko x Boku SS by FUJIWARA Cocoa can be considered a fake lolita. Don't be mislead by the first part! At some point in the story the plot suddenly turns around, and you'll find yourself wondering about what happended.

Ikoku Meiro no Croisée by TAKEDA Hinata fits somehow but it is distinctively different in style, plot and setting from all other suggestions.

Just remembered Devil May Cry 3, a manga adaption of the famous game series. I haven't read it yet but I've watched the anime, and it had a loli appear right in the beginning who accompanied you througout the series.
