Oh! That's exactly my kind of topic.
For now I would say NAO Tsukiji's works are amazing, because the style of art is fancy, but not over the top. It matches the characters personalities and even the stories flow, like placing the happenings in backgrounds creating a very special atmosphere. As example, you can take a look at Adekan.
Unfortunately I'm short on time, so - Later more!

Twelve Nights
Nineteen, Twenty-One
The Pale Horse
There are many other webcomics which have even more detailed artworks... Don't drop them for their start. I would have suggested Noblesse, but lately the artwork is less detailed... at the start it was worst but then it became best, but now it's average.

@You Say
Thank you! Will look forward to reading those ^.^
@strixflash
True, there's lots of webtoon with amazing art out there (The Pale Horse), but I feel a lot of them are drawn by more amateur artists as opposed to manga/manhwa/manhua. Of course, this, in no way means webtoons are any less good.
Also, thank you for the suggestions. ^^

Another art lover out there, how nice. Have you watched the videos showing how MORI Kaoru-sensei draws Amir yet? They made me adore her even more.
Have a look at OKAZAKI Mari's works (e.g. &) if you like GEORGE Asakura's art; her style is artful with a dreamlike quality.
AKIZUKI Sorata's art (e.g. Akagami no Shirayukihime) is very light, yet distinct (cf. Hoshi no Koe) due to the fine outlining, and her watercolours are simply beautiful.
The mangaka of Beck, HAROLD Sakuishi, might be to your liking; his recent style resembles the one in Bakuman the most out of your examples.
The one-shot Myctophids also has some webtoon-like full-colour artwork which I liked.
~~~~~
Here are some more which I can't relate to your examples:
YOSHIDA Motoi's (Koi Kaze, Natsu no Zenjitsu) art is very close to naturalism but with a personal note; his recent work makes it difficult to take your eyes off one page and move on to another.
A mangaka whose paneling I adore is TAKANO Masayuki (e.g. Blood Alone), clean style, fine toning, has an intriguing flow between the scenes.
SOURYO Fuyumi's art (e.g. Mars, ES) may be noted for its detail but what makes her style unique is her skilful use of unusual angles and perspectives.
Maybe its because of the shading but something about TAKARAI Rihito's style (e.g. Seven Days, Torikagosou no Kyou mo Nemutai Juunintachi) draws you in.
I also like YAMAMORI Mika's artwork (e.g. Hirunaka no Ryuusei); something about her combination of swinging outlines and sparse yet solid toning and shading catches your eye.
I haven't read enything else by this mangaka but HOSHINO Lily's Yumemiru Koto incorporates a certain fabulous beauty.
There is also this graphic novel Orange (BENJAMIN) whose full-colour style I remember so vividly.
EDIT:
Forgot to mention OZAKI Kaori (e.g. Immortal Rain), clear expressions, fair lining, solid toning, nice landscapes and slightly different perspectives.
~~~~~
The following recommendations might not be for everyone for they contain some very graphic or elsewise disturbing content:
As abhorrent the happenings in Bradherley no Basha may be as naturalistic is SAMURA Hiroaki art.
Hana Fuda is one of those rare cases where hentai shows its artistic side; even if the plot is as shallow as ever, OKAMA remains true to the style of the flower cards throughout the series.

Ran and the Gray World
Binbougami ga! I wouldn't call art great, but usually the artist has allot going on in 1 panel.
7 Seeds I guess?
I am A Hero
Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni it's been really long since I finished reading it, so I'm not sure.

Okay, I'm back ...
The most detailed style of art I have ever seen was by SAMURA Hiroaki, in his work Mugen no Juunin. Right after holding it in my hands I felt the urge to flip through the first pages and see more, before later realizing, that the characters are also well developed and the storyline nothing to go easy on. Even though I'm still not finished with reading.
At the moment I go crazy over Gangsta. by Kosuke, which is in my eyes a perfect example for modern days styles. Just seeing it in my bookshelf makes me grin happily, although the story itself is also pretty catchy and the characters are likeable. It's just something to adore. Kkk.
YOON Mi-kyung's style (e.g. Railroad or [m] A Cat that Loved a Fish[/m]) is, just like KIM Jea-Eun (e.g. Teen Spirit)a good example for the Manhwa section. I especially like the stylish characters, which seem more fashionable and representing the current state of (street) fashion nicely.
Coming with this to contemporary styles, then I recently liked Kechonpa by HIJIRI Chiaki, that came off with a fun to look at gal main character, which reminded me of GEORGE Asakura's Teke Teke Rendezvous.
If it comes to Shoujo, then YAMAKAWA Aiji shows some intersting skills, like in the full colored Majo to Boku. The artwork is clean and kind of focussed on details, while not going over the top. It's a bit the same with YAMASHITA Tomoko.
SAKURADA Hina's storylines are in my eyes not easy to describe and psychologically surely often over the top, but I actually like her slender and skinny characters. The style is somewhat uniqe, too.
And - SHIMOTSUKI Kairi came up with eye candy in Brave 10, but maybe that's just my impression after starting to read the first chapters and liking a few other stories by the same artist before. ^^;
If you are fine with all genres, then there might also be a few ShounenAi or Yaoi worth a look.

Koukou Kyuuji Zawa-san -- it's a high-school baseball manga except it's not much about baseball as such, more about the characters in the team and especially the rather strange Zawa-san, a girl who practices with the team but never gets to play official games as it's against the rules. Mishima Eriko, the mangaka flips between basic character and scene layouts and mindbogglingly detailed images that border on art.

Wow. Definitely I cannot finish all these works; at least not over night. Thank you so very much. Surprising I know some of the mangaka mentioned; such as YAMAKAWA Aiji and SAKURADA Hina whose works should be up on the example list but that would make it too long for my comfort.
OKAZAKI Mari's works look fantastic; (Probably because I love George Asakura's works.) so I do think I'll begin with her. Thank you Yankee-chan, Tripitaka, everyone; I can tell many of you really appreciate art lol.

KISHIRO Yukito has some of the most detailed artwork I've ever seen. Read Battle Angel Alita first, just so you can read the sequel, Battle Angel Alita: Last Order
