I hate going to the gym. I had a membership, but I only went to play racquetball (maybe you can play with me Lambs~~). I prefer hiking and rock climbing.

Swimming once a week and some jogging. College eats up too much of my time for me to do any more than that =.=

I exercise almost everyday, the only exception being when I am sick. I go walking every day (weather permitting of course, I don't like the rain) and do many core and balance exercises at home, no need for a gym, save my time and money on that one XD

Wow, weird seeing how infrequently people exercise on here. I'm doing a workout damn near every day. This just happens to be my week off (Woooo). I guess being involved in football and track has it's upsides. It's tough, but I've always thought that everyone should workout at least 2-3 times a week to stay healthy. Anyway that's my 2 cents.

Exercise? No....... Well, I swim in season, but that's just for fun.
I usually don't have any strength left in me when I'm back from my daily exploits...
Though I do walk around and lift pretty heavy stuff at work a lot.

Cycling or swimming, depending on weather. Treadmill and rowing at the gym if it's raining. Usually about five times a week. Short sessions though - about an hour at the pool or a two hour pushbike ride.

If I didn't go to the gym, I probably wouldn't exercise haha. I usually lift and then finish off with cardio..
I am trying to get stronger so I am not doing much cardio lately ^_^ I also do yoga every other day :-) I love yoga.. If I could choose any sport to do for the rest of my life - yoga would be IT!

I used to a few years back. I would work out a few times a week. Lifting, push ups, pretty much whatever I could do. I stopped though because I'm real thin and it was too difficult for me to gain the weight needed for it to pay off. I would have to eat way more than I'm comfortable eating just so I could bulk up enough. dead
