I do enjoy manga series that make me think. Either by the theme of the manga, a tough situation, something bizarre yet thought provoking, etc. I like being surprise and most of the time Psychological, Mystery and Strategic manga series have those tropes I like.
Here are some manga series I had read and reading right now
Stardust Crusaders
Stardust Crusaders
Diamond is Unbreakable
Homunculus
Liar Game
Death Note
Kaiji Part 2
Buraiden Gai
Gambling Emperor Zero
Ressentiment
Ichi the killer

These are mainly seinen-ish and psychological but maybe they fit.
Shinrei Tantei Yakumo
About Death
xxxHolic
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
Doubt (TONOGAI Yoshiki)

Mmmm. I threw out some of the more psychological ones I recall and liked as they make me "think". Some are a bit heavy in terms of feel...

7 Seeds
Deadman Wonderland
Shiki
[mLimit [/m]
Bokurano
Subaru

Check out Fujisaki Ryu's old works too. Art is weird and stories are short but it like horror/psychological. And i second Doubt!

I think you should try out Himizu or Ciguatera, both by Furuya Minoru. Not terribly thought-provoking but certainly bizarre. Furuya has a very unique and recognizable style that I think you'd like based on your lists.

Also, anything by Asano Inio.

I also see you're reading Boys on the Run, I recommend reading that all the way through, it's a much deeper manga than it seems like on the surface.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo" "Kotowaru!"

Not sure if it fits what your looking for, but it's definitely a "thinking" manga, but in a different way. It's not classified as "psychological". This manga mainly focuses on issues of society as a whole.

This is definitely a tough read as far as mangas go. Reading this you should have a basic understanding of economics and society to make it easier to understand.

Please read the user reviews/comments before you start this series.

about boys on the run? Yeah, I'm planing to read that manga fully. I'm not going to lie, chapter 49 of boys on the run broke me. I felt sad, mad and yet proud of the main character. I have frond the REWS of the series and I went to the final chapter. And I still can't say if the manga series might have a sad or bitter sweat ending.

Then it did what it's supposed to do. What I love about Boys on the Run is that the protagonist is very flawed, just like we all are. Often times he thinks with his manhood instead of his brain and people get hurt. But if you like surprises, Boys has one of my favorite surprises of all time towards the end so I really recommend finishing it. It's one of those "hurts so good" manga that will make the story stick with you.

Nobody mentioned these yet?
Monster , and other series from the same author
Umineko no Naku Koro ni - The worst thing about Umineko is actually its inconsistent scanlation...
Shingeki no Kyojin
Kaze no Tani no NausicaƤ (aw man, that ending)
Hanged Doll and other series from the same author

I second 7seeds.

That's one of the reasons I love Boys on the run so much. I'm just hoping the main character get's some kind of happy ending.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Especially his rematch with "You know who". I mean, come on! GOD, throw him a bone or something.

Oh, I noticed your reading Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa. Great series. I love how the manga end.

It's the type of ending I hope Boys On The Run will have. Might not be a happy, but it's not a sad ending either. Almost a "light" bitter sweat ending

Pandora Hearts is my favorite psychological mystery manga. It's one of those you have to keep re-reading if you want things to continue to make sense. In other words you HAVE to love complicated mysteries to tolerate reading it, since that's one of the biggest complaints people have about it (it requires too much thinking). There's also some mind-screwing later on which nobody saw coming, lol >.< The aesthetic is a bit girly, which some people might not like.
