1.What is your opinion about nudity in movies : Do you think it is wrong to act nude in films?
2.What about your opinion about nudity in cartoons/comics(anime/manga) : Do you think it is wrong also?

1 and 2
No, it depends on the context.

If it serves a purpose, they can have sex for all I care. This goes for any media. Otherwise, they can be nude as long as it's not overly distracting. Looking at you, [insert every fanservice series in existence].

Sex scenes get on my nerves sometimes, otherwise I don't really care laugh

1. Not at all.
2. No.

Reason (The Big If)

If it's a Seinen, or the equivalent of non-kids market in movie, comics or cartoons. It's not gonna sway my opinion about it. And it doesn't even have to fit the context. Sometimes storyteller like to put it there, just to set the tone and atmosphere. If it's good, (like Berserk, Vagabond) I will say it's good.

If its pointless and actually clings to the nudity and other ecchi stuff to grab the audience/reader, I will say its cheap and garbage (like a lot of ecchi and harem genre) manga/anime/movie/comics/etc.

Well, nudity doesn't mean sex.
1. Very few movies use nudity artistically to warrant it, but it does not really matter to me. Sex scenes, i've never really cared about them.
2. Fanservice in anime/manga has become so mainstream that you already know how generic it will be based on that. As for sex scenes, except if you are looking at hentai or mature seinen, you shouldn't see any.

So the answers to both is NO.

Why would any of it be "wrong"? confused

That is if the people making them or watching/looking know what they're getting into

Well... I see nothing wrong with nudity and/or sex in movies or manga. I mean not like it's porn. Also, there's a rating system. I would assume people with common sense would be able to comprehend "Mature" and "Restricted" would imply something.

I don't see anything wrong in showing the bare human body in any form of art, be it film, manga, anime, paintings, sculptures etc. I appreciate it even as long as the purpose is clearly artistic for it can be an expression of admiration for the human body.

Nudity can be beautiful when it's done tastefully like in a lot of Chinese historical/ Wuxia films where a maiden is shown bathing (The Banquet, House of Flying Daggers) or in MORI Kaoru's works (back view from Emma, washing scene from Otoyomegatari) or in Impressionistic paintings (Gustave Caillebotte's "Femme nue etendue sur un divan" and Baroque sculptures (Gian Lorenzo Bernini's Apollo and Daphne).

However, I can't stand the implementation of cheap sexualised nude scenes the way they are used in almost every Hollywood flick and increasingly in modern theatre productions, too. This form of nudity only serves to catch the viewer's attention like the ecchi elements in a poorly executed Shounen. It simply lacks the depth and aesthetics which intrigue and stimulate the viewer's interest. Unfortunately you can hardly avoid this sort of nudity.
