My Boyfriend Is a Vampire is near exact of your description for a guy to turn into a girl, then have girls fall in love with him, but in the end he is a guy (though I'm not entirely sure of this, because he may or may not be able to change forms).

I'm looking for the same thing, actually. It's incredibly difficult to find F-M genderbenders and even harder to find ones that stay male.

The closest one I can think of is IS - Otoko demo Onna demo Nai Sei. It's set in the real world and stars people with IS. The first two stories are about IS people who don't get gender reassignment surgery for it and the people they love are okay with it. The third story is about an IS person who is forced to live as a girl in high school, but he wants to be a guy. While he's living as a girl, a boy falls in love with him. When he transitions into living as a guy, the guy who loved him as a girl still loves him.

I heard Simoun, Karakuridouji Ultimo, and Bokura No Kiseki were like this, but I haven't read them enough to know for sure.

I just remembered a good one [m]betrayal knows my name[/m] The manga isn't over but in the end of the anime the main character stays the same, Its pretty good and thanks for your reccomendations , I'll check them all out

i'm not sure if the new husband falls in love with the fake bride though that's really up the reader interpretation i think. and in the end it's found out that he's male, but scanlation havent gone that far yet
