mainstream, eh? ouran koukou host bu, hiyokoi, nagareboshi lens, yumeiro patissiere, zodiac p.i, angel diary, ultra cute etc
too many mainstream shoujo(I guess that's why it's mainstream, eh?), just check out these authors instead:
yagami chitose
andou natsumi
arai kiyoko
nakamura yoshiki
fujii mihona
or manga and authors under these magz: hana to yume , Lala , nakayoshi . They make some really mainstream stuffs.
And if you haven't you should try reading manhwa, don't let the art bother you, and actually the art isn't that bad. manhwa got very mainstream plot, and lots of genderbender.

Childhood friends: Orange Chocolate, Bokura wa Itsumo, Ao Haru Ride, Byousoku 5 Centimeter (watch the movie, I love Shinkai Makoto's stuff), Kirameki Gingachou Shoutengai, Joou no Hana
Rivals: Akuma de Sourou, Love Com, Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou, Purikyuu
Boastful Male/Strong Female: Five, kinda Akatsuki no Yona
Younger Male/Older Female: Tabecha Dame, looking at the stuff you read, i doubt this is your cup, but try Otoyomegatari, Nineteen, Twenty-One
Boyish Female/Girlish Boy: Totally Otomen. Venus Kisoukyoku
Reverse Harem: SHOUOTO Aya has plenty of them. But the storyline is meh. [m]Fushigi Yugi[/m], Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, Kiniro no Corda

I've read more than that, I'm just too lazy to add them onto the list . Also, thanks for the recommendations.

I've read the Maid-Sama one (for some weird reason, I can't get into it. I tried reading three times, and the far I got was chapter...20?). I even read this one manga with a clumsy maid protecting the heir, I could never get into it. Maybe it's the whole point of them being maids (which is why I try to avoid it).

Also, anyone know a good Full Color (webcomic?)? Eh...
