I suggest that if you want to spread this, try to advertise it on reputable Filipino Anime Communities, like for example: Zen Honbu. You could also advertise it on Facebook Fanpages of let's say, HERO TV or Animax Philippines. I'm not really experienced with scanlation but I'm still dubious with that. Also, I doubt that a big manga publisher like Kodansha is interested in the Philippines. Are there any market for manga here? I'm pretty sure that the anime scene here in the Philippines is as deader than Disco, so does the manga scene here.
