I'm trying to find this manga again. It's been at least 10 years since I first read it. It's a comedic manga about this male highschool student who just moves into an apartment that already has a female ghost living there. She's very funny and always causes him troubles. His neighbors are also a handful. If I'm not mistaken one of them is a depressed and suicidal student. Another one is a salaryman? Anyway, she has always wanted to find out who she really is and where she came from because she has been a ghost for as far as she can remember.

If someone can tell me what the series is called I would very much appreciate it. Thank you in advance
