I want to read manga with only two characters one male and female.it must be some drama with comedy and romance.( it does not matter whether it is horror or thriller or mystery or suspense)..Only important point is with only two characters.

if possible try to recommend me with very less number of charcaters manga.please.please.please.

Space (BAEK Jong-In) - Part 1 fits.

It should be awesome to see a horror series with just 2 characters though.

Oh wait, these two should come close enough:
Hoshi no Koe
Omoide Emanon
There are other people, but overall only two ever get focused on.

I can think of like a billion h-manga that take place in a single house between two people. Do you want to exclude h-manga? Or alternatively, do you want the manga to be some minimal length (like at least a whole volume)?

Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo - it's mostly about 2 characters, but there is also a third one and one antagonist (but he is kind of minor character in the long run; there is drama and romance, but no comedy; in one chapter there is some intense gore (nearly guro), but it's a very good manga despite that

I think you mean Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo

These might satisfy your conditions:
Amanoiwato Hime and Jitaku Keibihime Terrass - been a while since I read them, but mostly about the two main characters. Mostly comedy.
Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora - manga was mediocre and practically no ending, but I hear the anime was good (with ending)
Itoshi no Kana - borderline H
Shi ni Itaru Yamai - if you don't count split personalities

My bad, yeah that's the manga I wanted to recommend and not some yaoi...

i think Akumu no Elevator kinda fits since they are mostly in an elevator. its horror mystery

Melo Holic is nice as it revolved around two characters. its romance

Apollo no Uta also revolve around only two characters across time and space. its tragedy.

Believers in most of the story only have 3 characters confined in an island, but its quite mature.
