Clamp loves, loves this trope. So if you haven't read some of their things yet, well, now's the time.
Ayashi no Ceres has this, as does Tenshi Kinryouku, though the latter is more of breaking out of reincarnation rather than reincarnation as an immutable destiny.
Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai nara has probably the best example of what you want, but it's also a tragedy, so.
Inu x Boku SS has this, but right now I honestly have no idea what's going on.

Hmm, well there's The Betrayal Knows My Name (it happens to a few characters, but they switch genders sometimes in their reincarnations)
Seimaden It has some bad reviews, but I really liked it.
Crescent Moon It'a not actual reincarnation, more like descendants in simiar situations. It gives off that feel tho
