Sorry for the generic title!
It was about a university aged girl who lost her memory and was under the care of a man (being a typical shoujo, of course they fall in love). Eventually it turns out that the man was her professor and that he gave her some kind of drug to make her forget everything?
I'm pretty sure this was a one shot in a series of one shots. Hope that helps.
