The story starts out with this black-haired girl who is in love with her younger sibling's Kindergarten teacher. The teacher's friend (he has a small pony-tail and wears dark sunglasses) is in love with the heroine and is constantly trying to go out with her. He tells her that the guy she is in love with isn't right for her and that she should date him instead. She later finds out that the guy she is in love with has a fiance.

The hero is also a hair dresser and he desparately wants to cut her hair. He fools her into thinking he is only interested in her so he can cut her hair because he predicted her reaction. They go on a date. They also plan to meet at a park, but she had to run to thhe emergency room because her brother had a fever. He waited for her and they kissed.

- Girl is still in high-school
- Girl is the oldest of many siblings

I'm not sure about this, but the category for Hairstylists has only 3 pages, so maybe you can find it there soon? ^^
