A completed manga/manhwa that will cause just about anyone incessant waterworks. I've been reading fluffy manga lately, and I'm quite sick with all the sugary atmosphere so I'm looking for something that'll leave me congested with feels that all I have to do is cry. Yeah, something like that~

My two cents:
Gunslinger Girl
Vampire Juujikai
Chrno Crusade
Solanin

You can probably appreciate more Vampire Juujikai and Solanin if you're into "female-ish demography mangas". But Gunslinger Girl is the only manga who made me cry so I had to put it on the list (it's however a true masterpiece that needs to be read whatever you're into), while Chrno Crusade has one of the saddest anime ending ever (the manga is ok too, but not as sad as the anime).


Special stuff:
Tada, Kimi o Aishiteru Browsing your lists, this seems very similar to the stuff you read. I can't speak for the manga, but I watched the movie. It's very very good. I rank it as one of the saddest love story I've ever read.
Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu. This one, too. But I read the book, not the manga and didn't like it.

**Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan This has been recommended to me several times, and I've seen a decent number of threads.I just haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

I hope you like my suggestions. Some are more fitting than other, and not all of them will make you cry, but still enough of a darker theme to fit.
