What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

All I remember of the manga was one chapter where a mother and son were in the bathroom and the son slips on a bar of soap leading to incest sex.
