This isn't a request for your favourite manga you're desperate to see animated but for the names of mangas you think could be or are going to be animated in the near future given the state of the market, the track records of various production companies, the phases of the moon, whatever. No "sure things", stuff that's been pre-announced, I'm looking for SWAGs here guys and gals.

My own partial list, with reasons:

Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou
Conventional harem storyline with much-put-upon guy with Heart of Gold, interestingly ahem*variable harem, lots of fan-service possibilities, popular manga, got to be in early anime production somewhere.

Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri
AKA Gate - thus the JSDF fought there. Lots of heavy metal weaponry plus fantastic creatures in a parallel world, good dramatic/comedy storyline along with a bumbling hero who's actually uber-competent plus a chunk of otaku-love, gosurori, magic etc. Oh, and a harem to top it off with. Assuming the producers can tone down the military triumphalism this could be getting serious consideration either now or in the near future.

14-sai no Koi
AKA Love 14. Really sweet love story with interesting side-characters and very good art, set in a middle school rather than high-school which gives it a slight edge over other school romances. It's only published quarterly though which could be a stumbling block as there isn't enough story for a single-cour series yet.

This seems more suited for the general forum than the "looking for" unless your want recommendations of manga that could be animated.

Things I could see animated:

Akame ga Kill!
The shounen/seinen story line can do well. The action and drama makes for interesting possibilities when it comes to visual direction.

Amanchu!
Amano Kozue is already well-known for her work. Aria received an anime, this one wouldn't be a long-shot for an adaptation. Very relaxed SoL that has a lot of appeal.

Hayate x Blade
Has all the makings of a shounen anime. But it's complete so I don't see that happening, although the substance is there.

Teppuu
The old school shounen sports mangas with an insane female mc? Yeah. All my money.

Koe no Katachi - probably, seeing how much attention the manga already got.

Konobi - I think this has all the characteristics of a possibly successful anime: otaku protagonist, tsundere main girl, slice of life, moe overload, romance...

Wakabayashi Toshiya's 4-koma Collection - I think this has potential for an OVA. It's pure genius lol
