Seems that the site's been completely off-limits to me /alone/ anywhere from a few days to weeks ago.
Whenever I try accessing the site it gives me "The page cannot be displayed" etc etc.

is there a greater known problem out there or is it absolutely a problem on my part? Doubt it's a ban since I hardly ever do anything on MU.

Currently using Rogers Cable in Toronto Area, Canada.
Accessing this site through a proxy.
Tried both IE and Firefox.

hourly bandwidth graphs and traffic #'s are all normal... not sure what it could be?

Definitely a problem unique to me.

Now finished checking cookies, temp files, proxy settings, LAN... etc, no real leads as to why it's happening. Does mangaupdates.com have any new security settings, IP controls, etc?

I have no problem accessing any other websites, including baka-updates
Cleared all previous settings, cookies/temps, reinstalled firefox , got rid of my router.

All I can say is, without me doing anything productive or distinct, I can suddenly access MU (without proxy). (Did this several times already past few days) at around 3:50PM /Eastern time. Didn't change a thing from minutes before and couldn't access.
