I mostly only read manga that has good art work...ya...lol. So could anyone list some series that have good art and genres that are romance.

These have pretty good art and romance (mixed with some comedy). However, The Bride of the Water God has absolutely gorgeous art, so I second this recommendation.

Shouldn't this be in the "I'm looking for..." area? Anyway...

Nana and most works by Yazawai Ai have very good artwork.
Fairy Cube and everything else by Kaori Yuki
Merupuri and everything else by Hino Matsuri

...and a lot more I missed. Most of them lean slightly towards action/shounen but nonetheless they've got gooooooood artwork
