im looking for a female lead that is considered unpopular/plain/average and is not girly?

REQUIREMENTS:

She also is not obsessive with finding a boyfriend, or is boy crazy and is like "omg he is so hot" and daydreams about guys all the time and her only goal in life is getting a boyfriend, like a typical shoujo heroine

She shouldn't be too girly either, caring too much about appearance and is girly and cutesy all the time

And i don't want someone so super eccentric/optimistic its quite annoying (Tohru from Fruits Basket)

Also, i don't want her to be too timid she can't speak her mind or blushes and stutters 24/7 (Kimi ni Todoke)

I also don't want her to be considered beautiful/popular/school idol that boys yearn for all the time and is always confessed to

I don't want her to be too bossy/uptight either (Kaichou wa Maid-Sama sometimes no offense)

I enjoy bickering romance, if possible.

i don't mind one-shots!

i don't like big age gaps, like teacher-student relationship or whatnot

Atashi no Banbi The premise is similar to that of Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, but the execution is very different.
My Hero! A normal girl and a normal boy. Also the freaking cutest thing ever.
Shikabane Cherry un-shoujo-like shoujo that is surprisingly refreshing.
Nekomori freaking adorable oneshot.
Tomodachi no Hanashi As in Eiko. This is one of my favourites ever.
And I want to recommend Kuragehime, mainly because it's Kuragehime.
