Hi,
Please suggest to me something really good and addictive and completely scanlated. No shoujo/shounen ai or hentai. Romance is okay, but please no stupid, plotless shoujo. Shounen, seinen, or josei is all right, but it has to really good and addictive. I'm open to almost anything, fighting monsters, strategic minds, survival, thriller games, esp, team fighting, etc.

Here is my list: http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=77011&list=co mplete

Thank you!

Edit:
Reading list, if that matters: http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=77011&list=re ad

Konjiki no Gash!!
Hagane no Renkinjutsushi
Meteor Methuselah
Hana no Namae
Basilisk
Escape from High-School Girls oneshot
Bloody Monday I highly suggest NOT reading the sequels. ( for me it ruined the 1st one)

Yeah I wasn't really sure what sort of genre or tags you're into. (mostly because nothing on your complete list has any ratings. So I can't get a feel on what you like )

seconding Angel Densetsu

Sidenote - Are you really reading everything on your reading list? Or are some things on hold or dropped? ( Which there is a hold, and unfinished list. Along with any sort of custom list you can make).
Sorry just seems cluttered to me ... which is reminding me of this one thread. Well hope you like the suggestions.

Kitty18dnsz
Thanks Kitty18dnsz for your recommendations! I didn't know I had to manually set the ratings to show so I only did that just know. Thanks for letting me know! And yeah, things I don't read anymore is still on my reading list. Ha ha.
I'm open to a lot of things as long as it's good and done well. Like for example Battle Royale, the gore and sexualization put me off but since the plot is so interesting I overcame my reservations.

i only look through your completed list

Apollo no Uta have simplistic art but typical of ozuka, the story are just incredible. read more ozuka's work, he's the master of masters

Holyland the best fighting manga to date. a must read for any action fan. this mangaka lived his manga and his other work, suicide island, also have highly informative stuff.

Majo off beat and highly original

Mx0 greatly satisfying standard shounen, due to the intelligence of the protagonist. the mangaka are great in making likeable protagonists check out his other works

Nijigahara Holograph exploring the myriad of ugly human interactions. this mangaka is great in making depressing and insightful manga.

Beck greatest music manga. the characters are very believable. i can feel the music.

Binbougami ga! one of the very few manga that revolve around the friendship of two likeable girls. i love that it focus on their friendship, not relationship with the other gender.

Eden - It's an Endless World! a bleak look of the world through the eyes of a child of a drug lord. this mangaka is great in making human characters, not just manga-type characters.

Hikaru no Go the best sport manga revolving around a board game. i felt very excited eventhough i dont understand go at all

Homunculus delve into the head of a crazy person. this mangaka love writing mentally unbalanced characters

Marie no Kanaderu Ongaku the first 3 chapters are very peaceful and you are lulled into relaxing but the ending are very unexpected and you will be struck by the incredible beauty of it. this mangaka love doing psychological manga like this.

Death Note i dont notice this in your list. please rectify that immediately

Hotel the title story is just too beautiful, i cried

2001 Ya Monogatari a must read for any sci-fi fans. the art is incredibly detailed and i can believe the science. reminds me of phillip k. dick. this mangaka is highly intelligent that everything he writes are backed by knowledge in science, history, geography etc. a shame only some works are translated.

If you're going to recommend Death note you might want to mention the horrible chapters in Vol. 5 and 6 ( I believe those were the right volumes). I know there are many that dropped this manga around that time. Which I was almost one of them, but I got through the solid 10 ( or so) where it picked back up.
I'm mainly saying this because it seems the OP drops a lot of mangas, and I think Death Note is worth at lest one read until the end. No offensive to you or the OP intended with this comment.
