I think it was really good and had a seinen manga feeling?
It was about a student that can't afford the rent for a normal apartment and Ends up in a house where many youkai but also a few humans live. There is e.g. a youkai that seems to only consist of hands but makes food for everyone, a writer and a little ghost child that has problems with his mom (i think it's protected by a dog deity...)
I'd like to read it again, so if you know it...
