If you've been a long time user, you'll realize that this is the third time we've done this poll. No matter! It's been almost 4 years since the last iteration (and also 3 new versions of IE). You know the drill. Back in 2010, it was Firefox that won with a massive 66.9%. How much popularity has Chrome gained?

You can submit poll ideas here (and try to keep them manga/anime-related)
http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: Which do you think is hardest to scanlate?
Choices:
Shounen - votes: 1869 (10.1%)
Shoujo - votes: 2215 (11.9%)
Seinen - votes: 2576 (13.9%)
Josei - votes: 2764 (14.9%)
Shounen-ai - votes: 1330 (7.2%)
Yaoi - votes: 1383 (7.4%)
Shoujo-ai - votes: 2196 (11.8%)
Yuri - votes: 2200 (11.8%)
Hentai - votes: 2049 (11%)
There were 18582 total votes.
The poll ended: December 14th 2013

Apparently it's not hard to scanlate shounen-ai and yaoi.

Google chrome for me smile wink grin

I use to use Firefox a few years back, but switched to Chrome, and haven't went back. Heh to this day I still sometimes call Firefox Foxfire, lol.
Main reason I don't use Internet Explorer is because operating systems can get messed up if IE gets messed up. Or something like that.

Not into Apple products so Safari isn't used often with me.

Tried Opera once. It's nice, but I went back to Chrome.

I've heard of other browsers, but never gave them a shot.

Google Chrome may always win for me. Why? I don't know it just feels right I guess.

Lol Chrome all the way here.
I'm one of those lazy people who can't bother to switch all the time to keep up with new hypes and show off to others. Instead I'd rather sticked to one and become an expert user.

I use Safari and Firefox. Safari's more dominant though. I use Firefox to watch things on.
The only reason I still use Safari is out of sheer laziness. It's seriously outdated (it wont update because I haven't updated my OS), but it has all of my history and links to my most visited websites, so it's really convenient.

I did use Chrome for a while, but my computer didn't like it. It kept crapping out because of it after a few months or something. That was really irritating because I liked Chrome. Oh well.

I chose Opera, although I'm currently trying to switch back to Firefox as my main browser. Opera's latest updates took away the features I liked about it (the zoom slider, the drop-down menu shortcut for closed tabs, and the shortcut for enabling/disabling images) and they seem to have made it less customizable. I could stick with an older version, but it's not really ideal (security issues, plus the bugs that are fixed in the newer updates will never go away) so I could only go to Firefox for said features. I haven't found anything that perfectly resembles them yet, sadly.

Internet Explorer 7,8,...

Why do you need so many?

Which Opera version do you mean?
Opera classic or Opera Next?

Firefox

Gotta have those add-ons. I also like my menus and buttons constantly present. Not a fan of the minimalistic Chrome UI. (Thought admittedly, Chrome seems faster and takes up less resources on my computer. But it could just be my habit of having a lot of tabs in FF.)

Yeah we know chrome and ff are going to win but give Microsoft some credit. If we are going to get that picky why not ask how many people are still using ff 3 and such not (its still around folks). By pulling the IEs as separate and not the FFs you make IE even more lagging, not cool dead biggrin

Firefox. Chrome is faster, but the main issue being it can't do tabs. At any given time I have ~150 tabs open.

Mainly Firefox. I have Opera for when I want to use Twitch.tv; which is rare.

Chrome.

Though I have all FF, Opera, Safari, and IE for testing purposes. My preference would be something like:
Chrome > Firefox > Opera > Safari > Nothing > Internet Explorer.

99% Firefox for me. Over the years it's become fully customized with add-ons and stuff to suit my browsing habits and I haven't been able to reproduce that on another browser so far.
I keep Chrome on the sidelines though, some websites rely heavily on WebGL and Chrome does display these faster and without lags.
