.. that sounds unhealthy .... but if you'd like to talk about how much you love meat there's Meat Lovers, and Favorite type of meat?.

Uh, yeah, but there are days that I have a vegan diet, in my case, its not hard being a vegan for a day or so..

Oh, so nice, it seems like you know all the topics that MU has to offer, impressive,.. eh, but I dont like meat very much, more on the fish side,, Which is also a form of meat, maybe?? ..

I've been a vegetarian since birth and I've been a vegan for about four years now biggrin I like being vegan and in my opinion it's pretty healthy.

I'm an omnivore, eating a rather varied diet of various vegetables, meat, bread etc. Though I should get better at getting different groups of food into my diet, I don't feel like I'm doing a good job at it roll eyes I just don't quite understand how being a vegan or vegetarian is healthy? Not that being a full on carnivore sounds much better, except meat tastes better IMO.

Anyone that can enlighten me a bit on this subject? I've never cared much about it and just left everyone to eating what they want, but I am a bit curious about it.

The link in the OP to Vegetarianism may help with learning why it's healthier. Or someone could PM you. (Edit your post if you don't want people to PM you about this, or if it is okay to PM you)

In a sense I can see how it is healthier, but to me it isn't only because I know they need to take supplements to get something (I forget what) that they would normally get from meat.

*Note please don't respond to this post. (Not talking about you Wyllia, oh but if you do want to reply, just edit your post) (As making a comment on what I said could lead to getting off topic ... I feel like there would be some that want to reply saying it is healthier and such, but again threads linked in the OP is for discussing it, not here)

Sorry Pescatarians I forgot what you were called T^T you'll have to go choose Omnivore, sorry again.

THAT'S IT! That's what it's called when you can eat seafood but no other meat. MAN, one of my pet peeves is when someone says they're a vegetarian but they still eat fish, crabs, whatever etc. You're not. Like seriously, I don't understand why seafood isn't considered meat (BECAUSE IT IS). There probably is some kind of scientific reason behind this that someone will choose to hit me up on but for now, please, vegetarians = no meat. Not even fish.

Sorry.

I've been a vegetarian for about 7 years, but recently I've became allergic to milk, which, together with diabetes made being a vegetarian impossible. So I'm a pescatarian who doesn't eat milk-products, probably the only one out there...
