Hi everyone, I'm looking for some very messed up yaoi in which one of the main characters gets chained or locked up in the worst conditions possible: as in, he gets locked up in a cold place without food and he has to sleep on the ground, or he gets sick and the one who holds him captive doesn't realize it. And of course I rather like it if there's torture and rape included, cause hey, i'm a sadist. And if you find other sadistic mangas, please tell me, even if there's no captivity.
I've read a lot of sadistic mangas and some uber weird ones, so don't go easy on me!
I already read Prisoner (KAEN), Sakura Gari, Paraphrase, Sokonashi Freefall romance, Sono Kuchibiru ni Yoru no Tsuyu, Tatoe Toraware no Koi demo, Kowarekake No Omocha, Toki no Rashinban, and a lot, lot others.

This one is not a yaoi S no Kaikoroku, but one of my favorites for this kind of story. (I'm looking for a yaoi like this to be honest).

I can't give very many suggestions on the topic you've detailed, but you can try:

Zion no Koeda by Inariya Fusanosuke
"Arrested Man" from Toraware no Mi by Naono Bohra

Lol, with the exception of maybe three titles, I've read everything that Kitty listed.

I like these types. Though, I generally like it from a more "psychological" aspect. (Oh, the angst!) So if it's not hardcore, there's a messed up character somewhere.

Kichiku Megane - Prideful uke forced to submit to sadistic seme. At one point, seme keeps uke locked up. I wish the other volumes were translated.
Zion no Koeda - Nazi officer held captive after the war by the boy he took in.
Aibu (the first short story) - Uke held captive till he "loves" seme.
Scarlet (the first story) - Dangerous male yandere.
Ouji no Hakoniwa - Probably the only one I list that doesn't have rape. Seme is crazy and wants to go back to when seme was serving his innocent young master. (If you like messed up yaoi stories, psychology-wise, you should read her other works).
Jail Bird - Seme wants revenge on uke.
Aseru, sequel Misshitsu - The sequel has confinement. Both are rapey.
Kagerou no Mori - Actually quite mild IMO. But it does have a seme trying to keep uke prisoner.
Imadoki no Shishunki - My memory's a little fuzzy on this one, so I'm not 100% sure if it has captivity. Definitely has rape though.
Like the Barren Wasteland (the second volume) - Borderline captivity?
Togainu no Chi dj - Madman Dog Show - Uke is already captive/pet from the beginning. Don't need to read/play canon to understand what's going on, it's just lots of sex and some pain.

No captivity per say, but lotsa action (mostly unwilling):

Love Prism - Brothers angst. Extremely possessive seme.
Kodou - Seme constantly sexes uke up.
Mob for Jack by Zaria - Not list on Mangaupdates. (Just search for it, it's out there.) Mostly just has the uke being used for sex, including a father/son moment.
Kinbaku by Zaria - Also not on MU, but has lots of SM stuff.
Tsumuiji ni Kiss - Anytime a reviewer says a character "needs to go to jail," you know you're in the zone.
Seiai no Susume - Kinda hard to find, and I read this years ago, but from what I remember, this was pretty hardcore.

(In case you can't tell, I got most of these off my completed manga list with the rape tag. I surprised even myself when I got found out I had two pages of results, lol.)
