Hello there! So I recently finished the manga Shibatora and want something along the lines of it. To clarify what exactly I'm looking for:

MUST HAVE:
>Good art
>Action/engaging plot line
>Mystery
>Comedy

BONUS POINTS IF:
>It is episodic but has an overarching plot line

NOT REALLY LOOKING FOR:
>Shoujo (unless it fits the criteria)
>Ecchi
>Typical plot twists/boring story lines

13 Club and Pet Shop of Horrors are the only two I can think of that sort of fits.

I actually don't think either of these are similar to Shibatora at all in terms of tone, since they're both horror mystery, but they do fit all your other criteria (comedy, engaging, mystery, good art, overarching plotline with episodes).

Pet Shop of Horrors has been on my wish list for a long time now, guess it's time to read it :3
As for 13 Club, it seems interesting, I'll have a go at it since it's pretty short.
