Definitely read Ichi the Killer.
It's amazing. Completely twisted, but totally amazing.

Sekine-kun no Koi is pretty unique and worth a try.

Dorohedoro has a very interesting world, in my opinion.
Also wacky.

Immortal Rain is great.
The art is eye-candy, but the story is very dramatic.
I did not expect to find what I did when I started it...

As others have said, Immortal Rain is a good way to go

Legend of the Sun Knight is really funny. If you like it, check out the novel too!

Satou-kun no Juunan Seikatsu is pretty funny. It doesn't get enough love.

Chang Ge Xing It's just really good

There's my two cents, and hopefully you find something you like out of it~

My favs on that list are Choukakou and Liar game.

I really like Lasboss x hero, it can be slightly iffy in places, especially in the latest chapters but it definitely has a place in my heart. Mainly cause it rips the shit out of standard shounen plotlines, which I find rather hilarious and the concepts and mc are refreshing.

Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo and Alive: Saishuu Shinkateki Shounen were both worth reading too.

Iris zero was an ok read, but after I block read to the point its at I found that after a week (or so) I couldn't really remember what I'd just read. In Iris zero I only vaguely recall the main character, premise and basic plot, just not something I'd write home about.

The ones you must read:

Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo It's short and dark, but a great read.
Shingetsutan Tsukihime At times it is slow but overall it's a great read.
Ookami to Koushinryou Instead of the manga, I highly recommened you to read the novel [m]Ookam[b]i to Koushinryou (Novel)[/m].

Others which you might enjoy:

Ability It has great potential and it starts out really good. The only problem is that it is slow at many times (especially between CH20-CH33). I advise you to read it on Batoto.net as it is a webcomic.
Again!! A school life manga with a touch of supernatural. It's good but like other mangas it has its own flaws.
Billionaire Girl It's a good read.

Seconding:

Immortal Rain: Long and great. Don't forget to read its prequel Touhou Shinigami: Meteor Methuselah Gaiden.

Kami-sama ga Uso o Tsuku.: Same mangaka as Immortal Rain. Short but moving tale about children who struggle with unusual circumstances. Satisfying.

Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo: Short, gory and intriguing.

Iris Zero: School life turned detective story with bleak undertones. Personally, I really like this series because it takes the premise of being an outcast in high school further than most stories would. The supernatural part only serves to highlight existing problems. Thought-provoking.

Shingetsutan Tsukihime: Solid supernatural action series with dark elements and some romantic tension between the two leads.

Ookami to Koushinryou: Excellent road trip. Economic references spiced with witty dialogue and heaps of sexual tension. I highly recommend watching the anime after reading.

Billionaire Girl: Same author/artist duo as in Ookami to Koushinryou. If you're into light-hearted romance stories paired with explanations about the stock market, try this one.

Recommending:

Itoshi no Kana by TANAKA Yutaka, the mangaka of Ai-Ren.
Unique slice of life story that combines a tender romance with profound insights about the meaning of living and dying. Even though it isn't a tragedy, expect your heart strings to be pulled on in two different directions.

Game Over (MIZUTANI Fuka)
Heart-warming age gap romance accompanied by 3 short stories. What makes this story so peculiar is its narration: The mangaka only shows certain scenes from different stages of their relationship, yet she manages to bring them to a conclusion as a full circle.

Everyone has already recommended or seconded what they thought was best from your wish list. So no question of seconding anything again...
