I like the user rating idea for the list - but please put the '__/10.0 ' in one line. Making it into two makes the list layout weird.

If you as an admin are able to see which user added them you should probably also look that they haven't added more western comics. ________________ I've read over 1000 manga volumes, with over 10,000 chapters.
