Yuusha Party no Kawaii Ko ga Ita no de, Kokuhaku Shite. (Novel) has its furthest chapter (the read chapter icon next to it on reading lists) as 19 when it is 10 is the latest and there are only records of releases up to chapter 10

I don't know how to explained it besides giving examples so here you go:
A series in my reading list's latest chapter is v2 c4 but when the new chapter comes out it goes to the top but in the last volume the highest chapter number was v1 c10 so the red says c10 not c4. Can you add the v# to it and make it so it displays correctly?

Why is "Tsubaki-Chou Lonely Planet" titled as "Tsubasa-Chou Lonely Planet"? Please correct this, thanks.

Hmmm.. I sent a change request about this three days ago, but since it's still pending, I guess I'll just repost it here:

Series "Fury" has been originally released by Webtoons Reader incorrectly - being unaware of u17's chapter division, they released partial chapters as whole chapters.
After realizing their mistake they renumbered the chapters on their website, but they still remain incorrectly numbered in the release archive here.
Please change the release numbers from chapters 1-14 to 1-7. You can verify the releases by going to their website. [not posting a link here since it's probably against the rules. it is in my req change submission, though]
As it is, their old "chapter 14" shows up on manga lists as the most current release, while in fact it's just part of chapter 7. And the current latest release is chapter 10 by Mangacow.

Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.

How are the chapters actually split? There's no indication on what ch10 in the old scheme means in the new scheme
