Hi, I'm looking for some manga with such characters.
1. A mentally-strong female character with a "I only live for myself" attitude. The female character can be either a main or minor character. If she's a minor character, please tell me around which chapters she's introduced. (Edit: Are there any female protagonists like this in action/adventure manga? Edit 2: A character resembling Morgiana from Magi would be great!)
2. A character who calls another character "senpai" or another honorific title in an indifferent, mandatory, and/or mocking way. Again, the character can be main or minor, just tell me around when they appear.
3. A character who is afraid of putting their trust in something or someone. Examples would be something such as love or friendship. Major/minor Not looking for this anymore
*Please no yaoi, yuri, shounen/shoujo-ai, ecchi ^^
Thanks!

I think the protagonists of Joou no Hana and Warau Kanoko-sama fit the first category.
Onani Master Kurosawa's Kitahara is unable to trust people since she is bullied a lot. Dramatic Love Album's, Helter Skelter's and Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan's protagonists also fit the 3rd criterion.
Ayu from Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari fits both of the above.

I've read/completed both Joou no Hana and Warau Kanako-sama, and I am looking for female characters like them. (Though probably more Kanoko than Aki?)
As for the other manga, I haven't read before, so I'm adding them to my wish list! Thanks for the recommendations!

1. Teppuu she's an unusual mc, one that seems more of an antagonist.
Oh nice! I was thinking it would be cool if the female kinda had an anti-hero-kind of personality to her. Thanks!

1.
Romantica Clock?
Tokyo Alice
Her
Song of the Long March
Present wa Shinju
Seigi no Mikata mostly the sister, but it applies to Youko too.
Also, you might want to try using category tags like "assertive female lead", "independent female lead", "narcissistic female lead" etc to find more.
3.
Nekomori oneshot
3D Kanojo a little
Piece in some respects?
Yuki-doke no Netsu oneshot

So many recommendations! For #3, I read Nekomori before and just finished reading Yuki-doke no Netsu because of your rec. These are the kind I'm looking for in #3. I'll be sure to check out the other ones. Thanks!

Haha I don't mind! In fact, I'm still kind of curious if there are any characters like that. The only one I can think of right now is Fran from KHR. (Maybe also Ross from Senyuu... but that's another story)

Kiri from Beauty Pop I think could qualify for 1 and 2.
Evewn though she did nice things, she had a devil-may-care attitude about it all, and she never showed the type of undergraduate respect for her sempai's that you might expect.
Ichigo from Bleach doesn't really respect authority figures much, either.

1. Battle Angel Alita She starts out innocent, then kinda progresses through solitude until, well, I'll let you find out. Cyperpunk action/adventure. Sequel is more like battle manga though.
