well I can't find anything interesting to read and need some recommendations.
-I want something with action..but no fights that are drawn out and go on and on...
-a smart/strong MC would be nice...pls don't give me > take action and then (maybe) think things through MC
-a nice story that keeps me reading and mature art

it should be completely scannlated or have regular releases and more than 8 volumes scannlated
I don't want:
-ecchi (if its just fanservice ...something like Unbalance x 2 is fine)
-harem (if it'll turn into some jealousy-drama-romance-triangle+-mess ...hope you know what I mean)
-tsundere female leads who act all bossy but start crying if it's not going their way
-anoying female leads ...99% of all shoujo MC
-sci-fi, aliens, apocalypse ...
-ridiculous and unrealistic story or behaviour

well all in all something more mature

I hope someone can help me out ^^

Vampire Juujikai should fit quite well.

I looked through your list and most of my initial suggestions were ones you've already read. But here's a few you might want to check out:

*Hunter x Hunter - One of the best shounen battle manga, puts bleach and naruto to shame. Battles are strategic and psychological. Art leaves something to be desired so you might want watch the anime instead. If you do I recommend the 1999 ver then switch to 2011 ver at the greed island ark. Yorkshin and chimera ant arks are darker and more mature. Manga is on hiatus though.
*Chihayafuru - Josei with tense and well paced sports action. Seems boring from the description but is incredibly good.
*Akumetsu - Similar to Death Note in tone.
*Aiki - Ecchi martial arts and pretty hilarious. Ecchi is toned down after the beginning. If you like OP main characters who lords over and messes with everyone you will probably like it.
*Also seconding Monster

Try
Bokurano
ES
Konjiki no Gash!!

EDIT: Just saw the no sci-fi or apocalypse criterion. The first two fall under that category. However they are both awesome. Hope you do read them. smile

Shoukoku no Altair -has 9 volumes translated and comes out about every month, definitely not cliche or predictable and one of my all time favorites bigrazz

you could also try Noragami, but this one only has 6 volumes translated

Kenji - Don't be dissuaded by the crappy art at the start. It gets really really good real fast. Best martial arts manga IMO

I notice you've read GUNNM. Have you tried the sequel, BAA LO? It's still sci-fi which is not what you want, but I think the sequel is very good, except the current arc is kinda boring.
