hey guys, I got into healthy mumbo jumbo now and I'm trying some of it, but I have no idea where to look to find others. I mean things, that are in some culture or practiced by individuals that are claimed to work, but there is no scientific confirmation. and doctors would always say they don't work.

I'm tring these (started this month):
oil pulling (just for the teeth)
eye exercises for better eyes (I only have -1 on both eyes), I also don't wear glases.
warm lemon water (with honey, because eww) instead of coffee. I still drink coffee in the afternoon.
omega 3 oil with vitamin D (or cod liver oil) I only found oil, not capsules. next time, definitely capsules, the oil is freaking disgusting. but I will not take it in summer. I take it only for vitamin D.

Also, you can share your experiences. It might be also about food. thanks.

Health mumbo jumbo works for the stuff that I do:

1. Boil horse gram and strain. The strained water is supposed to help burn calories. Eating the boiled gram might be more effective, if only it did not cause indigestion laugh

2. No shampoo because it tends to increase hairfall over the years. I have been trying out various methods nowadays - shikakai, sodium bicarbonate, green gram, you name it.

3. Some yoga and pranayama for reducing my sinus. Have to continue it for a long time to see results though.

4. Eat palm jaggery to reduce my cough.

5. A special oil that my mom prepared at home with the essence of hibiscus, aloe vera, amla and what not to increase hair growth. It seems that with continuous use you will actually be able to see hair sprouting from your scalp bigrazz

6. Apply aloe vera (I use it fresh from the plant) to prevent acne breakouts.

I tried oil pulling once. I can't get over the taste dead
