What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

hi, i want a romance manga where the main female lead is lazy and quite nonchalant and has an indifferent attitude

no popular, pretty female lead plz; she should be normal or plain

no large age gap

no gender benders

no shoujo ai/shounen ai/ yaoi/ yuri

one shots are fine too

examples:
Kiri from Beauty Pop
Hotaru from Gakuen Alice (but i want the lead to be the lazy one)
