Not all of these are exactly 100+ chapters (those are kind of difficult to find, anyhow) but they are long-ish (~50+ chapters) and ongoing/currently being scanlated.
Automata
Divine Bells
In Full Bloom (YON Jae-Won)
Lessa
My Young Cat and My Old Dog
The Pale Horse

EDIT: I cannot believe you missed out Noblesse, it's the best and the very first webcomic I read so far. Go read it ASAP

yes yes please give Noblesse a chance! don't let the vampire tag scare you off.. it really doesn't have anything to do with vampires lol.
City of Dead Sorcerer, raws are over 100 chapters and the translations are coming up pretty steadily, give it a shot ^^
A Thousand Years Ninetails, same as above, raws over 100 chapters, same group scanalating & is regular
+ the ones mentioned in the posts above. Though some of them aren't over 100 chapters, but imo webtoons are the best so even if they're short at least give them a try ^^

... that had the opposite effect i was hoping. XD many people don't like vampires so that's why i said that lol.
well if you're not in the mood to read it i understand, but it's my favorite comic to read, the main lead really tugs at your heart. ^^ plus lots of bishies keep appearing lol
there's a few other webtoons i know of, but they haven't really been translated recently, but if you ever want to look at raws, i'd suggest Abide in the Wind, it's popular on Naver and has a ton of chapters. But no one's translating it right now, unfortunately...

And that's how everyone pretty much named all the webcomic I'm reading right now. But for sure, anything written by NastyCat is a must. His character stories are simply amazing. The plot twists are simpler than Kubera's and the emotional impact is strong.
Anyways, the other webcomics that I read that nearly reach the 100 chapters mark (if you also read the "2nd seasons", prequels, sequels) are:
Layers & Layers Anarchy
One Winter & Pinocchio
So close with 64 chapters: The Friendly Winter
Under 35 chapters for a sweet read, please give them a chance even if they don't fit your main criteria. These are all completely finished and scanlated:
Telling Through the Colors
Annarasumanara
Kiss Wood
Nineteen, Twenty-One
Ongoings:
Moar superpowers: Flow
Why don't you read the original Onepunch-Man (ONE) It must be the art huh. HUH!?
The works of NastyCat which aren't Trace. SERIOUSLY. Read the rest. Even Can't See Can't Hear But Love finally found a group of scanlators who'll finish the story.
Under the radar short webcomics for now since they've just started (or really shorter chapters out) but are updated regularly:
Dragon Recipe
Mrs Angel
Rainbow Rose
although I wonder if someone's still translating Afterschool War Activities
And for real, with that list, you cannot not like Killer Stall and the vampire fetish means you've completely read Orange Marmalade right... right ?
And please, avoid Crepuscule (Yamchi). The story started out great, but its currently so stagnant that you're better waiting for it be marked completed. I see it's in your list and really, I just hope you agree with my opinion.
BONUS: These may have not been written by koreans but they're still really good:
