Itadakimasu - the main lead works at a marriage agency. It doesn't focus on her job though...

There's a dating agency tag, but there's only two works categorized in it. You might want to look through the "matchmaker/s" tag though.

Mielino Kashiwagi is the opposite. A break-up agency, ha. It's actually seinen, but the art looks pretty shoujo/josei.
Hm... Maybe it's because I watched a movie about this recently... I feel like there's a lot more. Ah, well. I'll add more if they come to mind.
