well i was playing a game call sengoku Basara then i get interrested in the story and power of samurai character and shinobi so i posted this to ask same suggestion about a nice and serious manga talk about "shinobi" or "samurai" like yongbi it is cool and am now w8 for the next chapitre i accept all tag but prefer a serious manga i dont mind a bit comedy but best to have serious faces

Lone Wolf and Cub : A old one and definitely a classic
Vagabond Probably the best current one, awesome art.

Shanaou
Sengoku Youko Much more about supernatural than samurai/ninjas, but still good

Ruler of the Land

If you like modern settings, you could try : Until Death Do Us Part, it's a traditional Zatoichi (blind swordsman) but in modern times, and he's pretty badass.

First but not least ty for the list
for Rurouni Kenshin i watch the anime it was nice but because you recommand it i well read the manga ^^ and of course it is one of few cool samurai story for the rest of list i just see the tag and it was promising i well star with Gamaran and Sengoku Youko well for Gamaran i think i read until chapitre 12 and stop because of work
