Note beforehand: If it isn't much trouble, I would love it if you would check out my wishlist, currently reading, and finished list (they're all public, so no worries). I have read, currently reading, or want to read many mangas. And now i'm looking for more great suggestions :3

Okay now to get to the point,

What I don't want is:
-Manga art like one piece or bleach. (it's not like im specifically look for shojo style manga either)
-New 1-3 chapter mangas with ways to go (because i have more than 20 manga series im waiting for chapters to come out, and i honestly cant deal with anymore, sorry)
-Complicated Sci-Fi or Fantasy mangas that I have to try really hard to comprehend the damn storyline, I just the romance to be the focus of the story. (I can handle some fantasies)

In short I want a long-ish manga series, like more than 8 volumes or so? I've come to really enjoy longer storylines and fully elaborated mangas. IT HAS TO BE FINISHED, or close to being finished. Because honestly, it makes me mad when I have to wait months for a chapter to be released. Often times I just lose interest in the manga.

Like most readers, I crave DRAMA AND HEART MELTING/ HEART ACHING MOMENTS.Cause that's what mangas are for! Or to be honest I'm just tired of mediocre mangas that generate no type of emotion for me *cough* Special A, *cough* I want to fall in love/ hate characters, be immersed in the romance progression/ storyline and all dat good stuff. If I'm not clear on the type of drama/ heart aching breaking type of mangas, some mangas are: Nana, Itazura na Kiss, Papillon, Peach Girl, Hapi Mari, Midnight Secretary etc etc.

I think managas where there is kind of a long storyline progression before any romance happens, but not to godamn long like Skip Beat, are the type of mangas I love the most, not necessarily the only mangas I like. I kinda enjoy the fact that the romance took time to develop, and it often creates more drama and those heart breaking/ melting moments (':

p.s. I don't really mind smut or yaoi. But I don't particularly love it either,

Hopefully this isn't too much to ask xD Have at it fellow manga lovers!!

Well I'd say you miss out only reading completed/almost completed stuff but that's your choice.
Don't understand your art preference, OP has an absurd amount of detail while I agree bleach is plain... If you want shoujo art just say so, because judging from your lists that's what you read.

those are not always over 8 volumes (that's really a lot):
Hana to Akuma
Bitter Virgin
Chokotto Sister
Hachimitsu to Clover
Shi ni Itaru Yamai (2 vol.)

Red River you should only read if you are truly a fan of shoujo... after a while the level of obnoxiousness increases if you aren't.

ah and I'll point downwards ('sad' link in signature)

Please Save My Earth - It focuses more on human emotions than the sci-fi part of the story
Can't See Can't Hear But Love - the last 5 chapters are yet to be scanlated though.

EDIT: removed Nodame Cantabile. It isn't very dramatic.

You should read Kare wa Tomodachi(Currently on your Wish List), it is very DRAMATIC...

Boku no Hatsukoi o Kimi ni Sasagu, male lead has terminal illness and expected to die before he reach 20.

Moe Kare!!, though it is cute it has a very deep DRAMA on it.

Kirai, not yet fully scanlated...

EDIT:
@Floraly
Mind if I ask you why you hate one piece and bleach's manga art?

Oyasumi Punpun gave me so many intense feels I stayed up late into the night thinking deep thoughts. Much drama, heartache, and character development ensues. The art is also amazing.

Unrelated, but what the heELL ARE YOU SMOKINH One Piece and Bleach have gorgeous art, the color spreads are such eye candy aasdkjL;KJSADL;FS.

Mars
Barairo My Honey only three volumes
Beauty Pop
Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura again, shorter
Kanata Kara and by the same author Otogimoyou Ayanishiki
Tenshi ja Nai!!
Savage Garden for the art?

Some that are not finished:
Adekan
Kono oto tomare!
V.B. Rose
Horimiya
Last Game
LiarxLiar
Kurenai Ouji
Love so life
Akatsuki no Yona
Hibi Chouchou
Suki-tte Ii na yo

I would recommend looking into the unfinished ones above. Some of them have really quick releases.

I have not suggested manga based on art, as it's very subjective, so I leave it to you to decide which art suits your tastes (though some of these have such good stories that it would be a shame not to read them just due to that)

I would recommend
Nocturne (PARK Eun-Ah) it is slowly paced and still ongoing, but it is really a good story which is heart-aching.
Cubism Love but you have to wait months
Song of the Doll
Annarasumanara
Hal (AYASE Umi)
Kami-sama ga Uso o Tsuku
Fuyu no Hana
Shining well, it was dropped but I still recommend it since it has lot of potential

W Juliet-
A common recommendation from me. Not as dramatic, but sometimes heartaching. A little. But still sweet
Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu
Very heartwrenching (in many ways), dramatic as in "what's gonna happen next??" but still romance. Not as much comic relief as there is in W Juliet.
