Hey, I'm looking for mangas where the main character comes from the past, or seems to. The person can't know anything about modern times. An example is Togari, or something along the lines of this, like Shinobi Life. Help pls

Noblesse The MC slept for centuries and ends up in our time.
Maybe Drifters, although it's not exactly what you want, people from various periods end up in fantasy world.

You've probably read it but one of the MCs fit what you want in Hikaru No Go
Thermae Romae is quite funny and should fit (there's a decent anime adaptation if you can't find enough chapters scanlated)
Also Tonari no Shugoshin
Ya-ya-yah ga Yatte Kuru! Only a few chapters scanlated, then dropped...
Akatsuki no Fumi (oneshot)

LOL Honestly I don't think there are many remaining.
What might fit your requirements but not be terribly interesting are mangas dealings with spirits/ghosts, but they rarely comment/interact on the present : mangas like Spirit Circle, Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, The Voynich Hotel, Ghost Only, or even Shaman King and Natsume Yuujinchou, etc...

The other thing you could check are immortals and maybe vampires, but they usually are as adapted to the present as anyone else unless they slept for a long time a la Noblesse, so it's not really what you want.

Another thing to check which might be similar would be characters not really from the past but from a fantasy world without any modern technology, mangas like : Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri (at some point, later in the story they come to our modern world which is a bit funny and what you want I think)
