So I'm looking for romance comedies that really invest in the comedy factor.
Particularly something with a more sitcom-y/episodic feel.

Arakawa Under the Bridge
Tamago no Kimi
Usotsuki Lily
Otomen

I think Maison Ikkoku might have that sitcom-y feel you're looking for. Really good manga I only recently got around to reading. The art improves and loses most of its 70s style a few volumes in.

I really like W Juliet. It's a comedy, and by drama it means the characters are in plays (revolves around drama club). Some parts are kinda serious, but whens there's something funny, it's funny. Sweet little (79 chapter) manga that really changed my view on life. Very beautiful art, too.

-Yandere Kanojo looks entertaining. But it's not complete so I'll save it.
-Yankee-kun to Megane-chan will be read when I get the chance. (It's awfully long) Same goes for Sora no Otoshimono and School Rumble.
-Switch Girl hasn't been scanlated much yet so I will save.
-Horimiya looks lovely but the series is ongoing so I'll save.
-Gakuen Ouji seems cute but it's still ongoing. Will save.
-Oh, My Romantic Kumiho, Spotted Flower and Rabuta look nice but they seem to be still scanlating maybe the first few chapters. Will save though.
-D-Frag! will also be saved.

Will read Mahoraba, NG Life, Fujimura-kun Mates and Maison Ikkoku.

I'll keep a tab on Hayate no Gotoku! since it seems to be actively scanlated.

Anything I haven't mentioned is probably something I've already completed.

Thank you! I'm always open to more suggestions and longer wish lists haha.

Oresama Teacher kinda works, I think... Honestly, I dropped it because it wasn't really a romance in my opinion; but, if I'm not mistaken, I believe it has the romance tag so it'll probably happen eventually. xD I can definitely guarantee that it was pretty dang funny, though. ^^

not really romance but very funny and episodic Tonari no Seki-kun

Houou Gakuen Misoragumi -although many people did not like it because she ended up with a guy, i thought it was very cute and i was laughing my head off the whole time while reading it

Beauty Pop -love the comedy in this one and the female lead just makes it that much better

ill also second Horimiya and Lovely Complex

Sitcom manga?? no other will beat urusei yatsura in this category.
-episodic chapter,
-strong and funny protagonist (male and female)
-hundreds of quorky, crazy, funny recurring character
- the anime even lasted 150+ eoisodes
-takahashi rumiko magic

just endure the first 2 books because the art is kinda 70-ish in the first 2 volumes, but after that it's the best sitcom manga of all time.
