mabye Master Keaton, not sure if he actually uses traps but he does have the kind of quick thinking that Ryo have from arms, and he calmly defeat enemy

Hitsugime no chaika I've only seen a bit of the anime but so far the main char is a saboteur and uses traps when fighting
