What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I'm looking for a series with at least 30 chapters and it must be completed. Recently I've read a lot of good mangas but they were all not completed and I really hate waiting for those series >.<

I like almost every kind of genre, but I don't like horror. The series must have a good storyline and I don't really like old series or webcomics...

Hope you guys can help me find some interesting mangas~

First if you like mystery/suspense you have to check URASAWA Naoki, he has many complete mangas and most are excellent (Monster, 20 Seiki Shounen, Pluto, etc...)

Second, if you like romance (shonen style), check ADACHI Mitsuru (Cross Game, H2, Rough, etc..). Style might be a bit old for you though.

Full Metal Alchemist -not sure if i saw this on your list or not, if not i definitely recommend it
Nabari no Ou

Superior and its sequal (put this in the middle because its both romance and action)

Romance
Beauty Pop
Orange Marmalade
Hanged Doll -a cute romance but has some psychological and borderline horror but its not that much and its only towards the end
