What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I know a guess is kind of useless but it looks a lot like Dengeki Daisy.

Edit: Ok. Yes. It's from Dengeki Daisy. I can't pinpoint where exactly but it's definitely one of the between chapters/volumes drawings. Plus the scarf and the jackets make various appearances throughout the manga.

Edit: Dear God. I found it at the beginning of Volume 13, chapter 60.
