Hi, I'm trying to find a manga which I read about 5 years ago (so its not exactly recent). It's really hazy in my memories, but I think it was either a short series or a oneshot.

The main character was a criminal (?) who was either released or was still in jail (sorry, this is really ambiguous), and was going to die within a short period of time because he had a bomb attached inside his brain.
It had quite realistic looking art and was quite serious.
