So now I'm looking for a manga with an anti social protagonist, who more than instead of simply being bad at socializing, he dislikes/hates it, is happy with his current forever alone state, and does not with to make any contacts. Now from there on the story may progress in different ways, both continuing not socializing, or making friends despite of the fact that he wants or not, or is forced by the circumstances.

Good examples are Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru/OreGairu, Onani Master Kurosawa, Welcome To The H.N.K., Light Yagami from Death Note also goes into this category.

Bad examples:Kimi Ni Todoke(even tho it was great,I enjoyed it very much, it does not fit the current conditions since the main protagonist was actually trying and looking forward to making friends), Koko Ni Iru Yo! - same problem as Kimi Ni Todoke.

Iris Zero should fit

Even tho Iris Zero has the background for what I'm looking for, it's filled with overly positive thinking,the character's "irises" coming just to suit the current side story, so overall just bad storyline realisation in my opinion, or just not fitting my way of seeing things.

Sakurasaku Syndrome fits for the first chapter, but the MC becomes quite fond of his new life pretty quickly, so I don't know if you'll like it. But at first he's exactly as you described.

maybe Natsume Yuujinchou would fit better, the story is about him making friends with the youkai that he originally hated, and humans that originally hated him. although he really does not really like his isolation, but he does not really want to take the steps to change it either since he is scared.

These mangas do meet the requirements, but perhaps they lack the intensiveness? This is my fault for not mentioning this, so I'll read Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou this seems just like what I'm looking for, thx everyone

Maybe Vinland Saga. It's pretty intense (Viking fighting!) and the protagonist stays antisocial for about the first half or so. He does become friendlier later on though.

The male protagonist of Umibe no Onnanoko is like this. Be warned that there are a lot of graphic sex scenes here. The story is very introspective though and really explores adolescent angst, sexuality, and depression.

Ah. Try it out but understand that it's a couple volumes of gratuitous rape. So like, entire volumes of someone being gang raped with no other development.

Can't really say all these characters are "happy" with being forever alone, but they definitely aren't bad/awkward types at socializing. Also, these are stories that are along or close to my tastes (which are mainly stories that have potential for character development). The only story you mentioned that I've read is "Koko Ni Iru Yo!", but that's a protagonist, who's super shy, quiet and awkward around others.

Going through the "anti-social" list category, minus several genre tags....

Ilegenes - Kokuyou no Kiseki - I'm pretty sure I read a little bit of this, but I don't remember. This is shoujo and it goes as far as bromance. Nothing more. If you don't mind an all out guy team power, well, this looks to be that kind of story. (I definitely have to read this story again now that I've seen it's been completely translated.)

Shindere Shoujo to Kodoku na Shinigami - This is on my reading list, but I don't remember much from it. Telling by the summary, it's the transfer male protagonist, who seems to be anti-social/"don't get near me".

Owari no Seraph - However, I don't know if I would consider the protagonist THAT anti-social. He's more like Ra ra ra ra!" So, he does have a goal. Then again, I didn't read too far into the story.

X - Maybe a slight stretch, but the main protag went anti-social on purpose since he didn't want those he cared about, involved. Of course, by not deciding sooner of what kind of destiny he wanted to walk on, it ended up getting said people involved. The themes of this manga does get a little...erm..... This is CLAMP we're talking here. They're not afraid of doing.....stuff.

Kazan - Sort of a light stretch, but the main protag lived a long time by himself with his golden eagle (due to his dark past). That is, until he rescues someone, who won't leave him alone so he has no choice but have her tag along. Just whatever you do, don't call him .
