I'm looking for a manga or a light novel set in a fantasy world, without an ounce of technology.
It'd be cool if it had magic, elves, dwarves and/or dragons.
And the art should be good, with lots of beautiful landscapes.
And adventure. Always adventure.

Preferably with a male protagonist. And he can't be weak, nor a wuss. If he's really powerful, I will love it.
I don't like tsundere chicks, but I won't complain if there's any.
Romance is a plus.

No rape, and no attempted rape either.

Fantasy World Survival (webtoon) - literally. Fantasy. No technology.

Magi - I don't recall seeing any technology in this. At least, from what I've read. I have to catch up to the latest chapters. But, it's got your high dosage of wizards, dungeons, no dragons, wars, and a lot of people trying to get stronger.

Divine Bells (webtoon) - No technology. The MC has a secret type of power that even he's not aware of. Before that though, it wasn't a matter of strength for him (as he lacks fighting skills with a sword), but, a matter of wits/strategy. He's no wuss. That's for sure.

Rurou no Tabi - Clearly no technology. The MC had a dark past, which lead to why he's like that. Very good story. The landscape isn't that beautiful, but that's okay?

Edit: Forgot three more...

Kazan - I put this down in another thread, and it hit me that this shoudl've been put here as well. No dragons, but definitely several people, who have the ability to manipulate water, read minds, and psychic powers. (No modern technology, with the exception of a lift. These people still rely on either hard labor or magic to get by.)

+Anima - Ok, this story has several protagonists. The main male winged protagonist is kind-hearted, but the combined strength/personalities of his other friends make them a good team. I don't recall anything technological in this story.

Utsurowazarumono - Breath of Fire IV - Dragons! For a manga, adapted from a video game, I enjoyed it for what it is.

Very tricky to think of all the manga/manhwa that are fantasies without technology and steam punk. ^__^ Haha...

Novels
Legend of the Sun Knight (Novel) -no romance in this one but it does have a male lead and he is very powerful. the mahnwa of this is on your reading list but the novel goes far deeper then the mahnwa so you should try it.
Rakuin no Monshou (Novel) -does have romance as a side plot with a male lead who is very smart and strong, however this one is much more serious then LotSK

Manga
Godly Bells- male MC but no romance in this one (except maybe from the side characters)
Inuyasha -might have already heard of this one and it might not fit really well because she comes from the future, but a good one anyway.

and i have not read it but Faeries' Landing sounds like it will fit

ill also greatly second Mushishi, but i would recommend the anime, it has a feeling only it can give when you watch it.

Hardcore fantasies basically. Eh... off the top of my head I'm thinking +C: Sword and Cornett. Dunno about how good the landscapes are though.

Shounen Hakaryuudo - but I can't remember whether there was any tech, but has faeries and magic and all

Akagami no Shirayukihime - someone will mention this sooner or later, beautiful art

Koori no Mamono no Monogatari - shounen-ai *shrug*

Honestly, if you look, theres a lot. Try [m]Arcana - Anthology[/m], a few of the volumes are packed with fantasy.

I don't often nitpick about this, but when you use words like must and can't especially with so many requirements, I'd appreciate a thanks following them. They tend to come off a bit stronger than intended.

Rave Master won't work, due to airships, (poyo and his slot machines) and punk city, rest would fit though...

give Double Arts a try
strongly second Spice and Wolf, Id, Superior and Rain
